1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Fahem platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

AI & Large Language Model Disclaimer

Fahem leverages Google Gemini AI models and MongoDB Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to analyze schemas, view statistics, and run queries programmatically. While the assistant is highly capable, all database manipulations, recommendations, and execution plans generated by the AI are provided 'as-is' without warranties. Users should review and verify critical statements, schema transformations, and direct queries prior to execution in production environments.

3. License & Usage Restrictions

Permission is granted to temporarily access the database diagnostics and AI assistance tools. You may not use this platform to execute malicious code, attempt SQL/NoSQL injections, or harvest unauthorized sensitive schemas.

In no event shall Fahem or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the AI assistant services.
