1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Fahem platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Esclusione di responsabilità per IA e modelli linguistici di grandi dimensioni

Fahem sfrutta i modelli IA Google Gemini e i server MongoDB Model Context Protocol (MCP) per analizzare schemi, visualizzare statistiche ed eseguire query in modo programmatico. Sebbene l'assistente sia altamente capace, tutte le manipolazioni del database, le raccomandazioni e i piani di esecuzione generati dall'IA vengono forniti 'così come sono' senza garanzie. Gli utenti devono rivedere e verificare le dichiarazioni critiche, las trasformazioni dello schema e le query dirette prima dell'esecuzione in ambienti di produzione.

3. License & Usage Restrictions

Permission is granted to temporarily access the database diagnostics and AI assistance tools. You may not use this platform to execute malicious code, attempt SQL/NoSQL injections, or harvest unauthorized sensitive schemas.

In no event shall Fahem or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the AI assistant services.
